Licenciado en Medicina por la Universidad de Barcelona (1979)
Médico en el hospital de Martorell.
Residente en la Fundación Jiménez Díaz en el concurso-oposición MIR de 1981 para cursar la especialidad.
Médico especialista en el hospital de Martorell.
Especialista y consultor en el Hospital Clínic de Barcelona (1988-2007)
Coordinador de la Unidad de Cirugía de la Mano desde su creación en 1995 hasta 2007.
Ampliación de conocimientos sobre la Cirugía de la Mano con el Dr. Alberto Lluch en Hospital de Sant Pau, Dr. David Dunkerly (Bath, UK),
Dr. Guy Foucher (Strasbourg, Francia) y Dr. John W Madden (Tucson, AZ, USA).
